What is DMCA?
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) was created to uphold the rights and privileges of copyright owners who believe their rights under U.S. copyright law have been infringed upon on the Internet. The obligations of an Internet Service Providers is also covered under DMCA, which is how we are able to get your content taken down. We will enforce these rules. How do you get my content removed from another website?
You will fill out our simple DMCA Take Down form, and we will do the rest. Most of our Takedown clients are people, or organizations, that have found their content listed on another website without their permission.
Does it matter if the copyright notice was on my works/content?
No. Remember, you own the copyrights to your original works/content once they are in tangible form. From that point on, you have the right to decide who can use it, or not, for whatever reason.
How long does it take for my content to be removed from an infringing website?
We ask for 10 business days to get our work done. It may take less. If there are any instances where it takes longer than 10 days, we will keep you updated on the progress of your case so that you will know what is going on.
What if someone posted a photograph or video of me?
We have handled many DMCA Takedown cases in which private personal photos and/or videos were posted on the internet.

What about removing my image and personal information from a dating website?

How much does it cost?
The cost is $299.00 (US) (non-refundable) per takedown. The rate may increase if OSP/ISP does not follow standard DMCA policy or accepted takedown procedures. We will let you know if the fee changes.
